Our Technology & Production Process

At Dashte Neshat Tehran Company, innovation meets tradition to deliver high-quality tomato paste, fruit concentrates, and purees to customers around the globe. Our production process combines advanced technology with strict quality control to ensure natural taste, vibrant color, and nutritional value in every product.

Fresh Sourcing

We partner with trusted local growers to source fresh, ripe tomatoes and fruits. Every batch is carefully inspected to meet our high standards before entering our production line.

Cleaning & Sorting

Our fruits go through high-pressure and bubble-wash systems, followed by automated optical sorters that remove impurities and ensure only premium produce moves forward.

Crushing & Preheating

Fruits are crushed and gently preheated to deactivate enzymes and prepare the pulp for smooth processing—while preserving natural color and flavor.

Pulping & Refining

Using precision pulping machines, we remove seeds, skins, and fibers to create a consistent puree or juice base—tailored for each product type.

Concentration

Water is carefully removed using vacuum evaporators to concentrate the fruit while preserving aroma, taste, and nutrients—ideal for industrial use or end-consumer applications.

Aseptic Filling & Packaging

All products are sterilized and filled in aseptic packaging (drums, bag-in-box, or customized formats) under ultra-hygienic conditions for extended shelf life without additives.

Quality Assurance

Our in-house labs test each batch for Brix, pH, color, taste, and microbiological safety. Every product complies with international food safety standards including HACCP, ISO, and FSSC.
